Abs, butt, and arms challenge

I created a 30 day challenge! 30 days seem to pass by quicker when I'm committed to doing something. Since my husband comes home for Christmas before that, I decided to start a challenge. So I typed one up, and I hope you will join me. It's pretty basic, and great for beginners (like me). I still plan on doing my regular workouts. I just want to incorporate this in there. So here it is...

You can take breaks in between, if It's too much, but try to do it in a short time span (not through out the day). Push yourselves!  Feel free to share and do it with a partner. Email me or comment with any questions.
